早餐:火腿蛋餅 + 7-11御飯團[桃木燻雞 熱量最低!!] + 水
早餐這樣算多吧~ 但早餐可以多吃點...早餐是最好消化的時候 不容易囤積脂肪!
中餐:生菜(不加任何醬料 ~常吃就習慣了,因為沙拉醬熱量很高)  偶爾吃顆蛋 + 水
晚餐:水果 + 水 + 運動!!!
晚餐盡量早點吃~ 至少6點半前要吃完歐!! 7點後絕對不再吃東西!!!!
特別注意:
多喝水,飲料盡量不要喝
運動是必要的!!
絕對不吃油炸食物(炸雞排 鹹酥雞之類的)絕對不能吃!!
維持這種小食量 感覺胃會慢慢的變小
食量其實也跟著變小囉!
